Educated entirely in England, I was Called to the Bar in 2019 by the Hon’ble Society of Middle Temple. As a qualified Barrister in the UK and an Advocate in India, I represent clients across courts and tribunals nationwide.
My primary focus lies in Trademark and Copyright prosecution, infringement litigation, anti-counterfeiting measures, and enforcement actions. I also collaborate closely with customs authorities to intercept and prevent the import of counterfeit goods at India’s borders.

He has also qualified as an Advocate in India and currently provides legal services and representation before various courts and tribunals all over India. He predominantly practices in Trademarks and Copyrights related prosecution matters and litigation relating to infringement, anti- counterfeiting, and enforcement proceedings. He also works closely with various customs authorities for the seizure of IPR infringing goods at the borders to prevent their import in India.
