Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Bansal has more than 30 years of rich experience in all areas of IPRs and related fields and those relating to commercial, contractual, media and anti-trust laws. He has been handling all cases on behalf of well -established clients of the predecessor law firms United Overseas Patent Firm and United Overseas Trademark Company both in India and abroad. He is a member of all accredited IPR organizations and is widely traveled.

Mr. Shivang Bansal the next generation of lawyers in the family law firm and finished the entirety of his legal education in England. He qualified as a Barrister in 2019 and was Called to the Bar by the Inns of Court, the Hon’ble Society of Middle Temple. He has also qualified as an Advocate in India and currently provides legal services and representation before various courts and tribunals all over India. He predominantly practices in Trademarks and Copyrights related prosecution matters and litigation relating to infringement, anti- counterfeiting, and enforcement proceedings. He also works closely with various customs authorities for the seizure of IPR infringing goods at the borders to prevent their import in India.
